Home Health Care Workers Must Be Paid Minimum Wage

A Court found that home health care workers who work 24-hour shifts must be paid minimum wage and can proceed with a class action lawsuit. This is great news for the tens of thousands of home health care workers in New York State who take care of elderly and disabled people.
